Vacation Bible School — 2008
Vacation Bible School started with a sense of curiosity and fascination as we began to explore the many facets of “Fighting the Good Fight of Faith” found in 1Timothy 6:12. We introduced many elements found in spiritual warfare through daily Bible studies. We sought to reinforce those studies through a series of skits, activities and crafts. What we experienced during the week was amazing. We witnessed curiosities peaked, questions raised and an excitement from the kids wanting more. We also had an earthquake thrown in for good measure, which some of the kids’ thought we did for them.

Our help this year was phenomenal. Our cooks, skit crew, crafts people and those who ran activities worked tirelessly. I wish everyone could see first hand their efforts in serving the kids.

Lastly, we serve an awesome God! We sensed the Lords direction, peace, and protection throughout the week.
