Men’s & Women’s Summer Series
Tuesday, August 26th at 7:00 pm will be the final summer series study for both the Men’s and Women’s ministries. The men will be studying the final chapter of 2 Peter, “Living in the Last Days,” while the women’s topic will be “A Pattern of Conduct.” The men will meet in the Gymnasium, and the women in the Sanctuary.


Baptism/Church Picnic — Sierra Vista Park
Calvary Chapel Pasadena will host a Baptism/Family Picnic at Sierra Vista Park in Sierra Madre on Saturday, August 30th, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm. Bring along your own picnic basket (no food will be provided), and lawn chairs for a time of fellowship and fun. The Baptism will start at 4:00 pm in the pool area. We encourage those who have given their lives to Christ to make this public confession of faith. Please dress modestly, bring a towel and a change of clothes. No sign-ups necessary.


Missions Ministry - La Posada Outreach
The Missions Ministry will be reaching out to minister to the people of La Posada and the surrounding community and orphanages on Saturday, September 13th. Our purpose is to share the Gospel of Jesus and provide medical and dental assistance. There will be a final meeting on Sunday, September 7th, at 1:45 pm in the Gymnasium for those participating in the event. Please direct questions to Pastor Tony Scotti.

Children’s & Nursery Ministries
Both the Children's and Nursery Ministries will be meeting on Sunday, September 14th at 1:45 pm in the Gymnasium. The meeting is for ALL Helpers and Teachers involved in both the Children's and Nursery Ministry. Please see Pastor Fernando Gonzalez with questions.


Simple Truths Men’s Conference
Saturday, September 20th, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, we will be having our annual Simple Truths Men’s Conference. The theme is “A Call To Serve, Work, and Warfare.” The speakers will be Dr. Bruce Baloian, Pastors Joe Salaiz, and Xavier Ries. Worship will be lead by Yves and Jean-Luc Lajoie from the Kry. We encourage you to use your flyer to invite a friend. An optional catered lunch will be provided for the cost of $10. Tickets are available in the Front Office after each service.
